We buy from a handful of farms and cooperatives we know by name, pay well above market price, and go back year after year. Every bag tells you where it came from, who grew it and how it was processed.
Then we roast in small batches twice a week, so the coffee you get is days old, not months.
We roast on Mondays and Thursdays and ship the same day. Most orders arrive in two to four business days across Canada.

Whole bean stays fresh longest. If you don't have a grinder, choose the grind that matches your brewer: Filter for pour-over and drip, Espresso for espresso machines and moka pots, French press for plunger and cold brew.
